Ensuring every student and staff member has a safe and secure learning environment.
This includes:
Strong campus security practices and accountability
Clear emergency response plans that are regularly reviewed and practiced
Coordination between school officials and local law enforcement
Maintaining a safe, structured environment where students can focus on learning
Making sure teachers have the resources, support, and respect they deserve.
I will advocate for:
Providing teachers with the tools and materials they need in the classroom
Supporting teacher retention and job satisfaction
Ensuring teachers feel heard and valued by district leadership
Encouraging a positive work environment that allows teachers to focus on students
Promoting transparency, responsible decision-making, and leadership that puts students first.
I believe in:
Open communication between the school board, administration, and the community
Making decisions that are in the best interest of students—not politics
Holding leadership accountable for performance and outcomes
Ensuring taxpayer dollars are used responsibly and effectively
Listening to parents, staff, and the community to make informed decisions.
I will work to:
Listen to parents, teachers, and staff before making decisions
Encourage more community involvement in school activities
Improve communication so families stay informed
Be accessible and responsive to concerns from the community
Every student deserves the opportunity to succeed, no matter their path.

Strengthening academic programs and student support services
Expanding opportunities in career and technical education
Preparing students for college, careers, and real-world success
Recognizing that every student learns differently and supporting those needs
